Bryan Lumsden started by using other people's cars, capital, and resources — sourcing vehicles, structuring insurance, pricing rentals, and marketing them the right way. Handful of cars at a time, he turned it into a real operation.
Then he did the part most operators never do: he documented every step into a repeatable blueprint — so it could be taught, followed, and run by someone starting from zero.
